From our very first meeting with Matilda and Simon, we knew their wedding would be truly special. They envisioned a celebration that extended beyond just one day, creating an entire weekend experience for their guests. This included local excursions, pre-wedding dinners, and recovery lunch, all set in the stunning surroundings of Pyegana. The family-owned ‘Pub in the Paddock’ provided the perfect Tasmanian backdrop, complete with a marquee by a river where platypus could be spotted. It was a thrill to be a part of, and an epic weekend we won’t forget.
